Patient data exports contain PHI (Protected Health Information). Ensure files are stored on encrypted drives, transmitted over secure connections (SFTP/HTTPS), deleted after campaign ingestion, and only accessible to authorized staff. A signed BAA with your campaign platform is required before sharing patient data.
