Log In to Phorest
Open your browser and go to your Phorest login page (typically at go.phorest.com or your salon's custom URL). Enter your manager or owner email and password. Phorest is cloud-based — no desktop software is needed.
You must have Manager or Owner access level in Phorest to access client reports and export data.
Navigate to Reports
In the left sidebar or top navigation, click "Reports". The Phorest reports center will open.
Open Client Reports
In the Reports section, look for a "Clients" or "Client Reports" category and click on it. Then select "Client List" or "Client Export" from the available report options.
Configure the Report
Set the Client Status filter to "All Clients" to include both active and inactive clients. Set the date range to "All Time" or remove any date restrictions. Click "Generate" or "Run Report".
Phorest refers to patients as "clients" — the data is the same as patient records in medical-style EHRs.
Export to CSV
After the report generates, click the "Export" or download button at the top of the results. Select "Export to CSV". The file will download to your computer.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the downloaded CSV using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Do not email client data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.
