Cloud salon and spa management with strong client reporting
Log In to Rosy
Open your browser and navigate to rosysalonsoftware.com and click "Log In", or go directly to app.rosysalonsoftware.com. Enter your owner or manager email and password. Rosy is fully cloud-based.
You need Owner or Manager access in Rosy to access the Reports section and export client data. Staff logins may not have report permissions.
Navigate to Reports
In the top navigation or left sidebar, click "Reports". The Rosy reports center will open with categories on the left.
Select the Client Report
In the Reports section, look for the "Clients" category in the left panel. Click it, then select "Client Report" or "Client List" from the available options.
Configure Report Filters
On the Client Report screen, set Client Status to "All Clients" to include both active and inactive clients. Set the date range to "All Time" or leave it open. If your salon/medspa has multiple locations, you can leave Location set to "All Locations" for a consolidated export. Click "Run" to execute the report.
Rosy refers to patients as "clients" throughout the platform — this is standard spa/salon terminology.
Export to Excel / CSV
Once the report generates and loads in the results area, look for the "Export to Excel" or "Export CSV" button at the top of the results. Click it. The file will download to your computer.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the downloaded file using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Do not email client data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.
