Log In to GlossGenius

Open your browser and go to dashboard.glossgenius.com or open the GlossGenius app on your phone. For data exports, use the web dashboard (not the mobile app) — log in with your business email and password.

GlossGenius is primarily a mobile-first platform, but data exports are only available through the web dashboard at dashboard.glossgenius.com.

Navigate to the Clients Tab

In the left sidebar or top navigation of the web dashboard, click "Clients". This opens your full client list.

Remove Status Filters

GlossGenius may default to showing only Active clients. Look for a Status filter near the top of the client list and change it to "All" or "All Clients" to include both active and inactive clients.

💡

Lapsed clients — those who haven't visited in a while — are typically shown as "Inactive" in GlossGenius. Include them for MedMasters reactivation campaigns.

Click Export Clients

At the top of the client list, look for an "Export Clients" button or a download icon. Click it. GlossGenius will generate a CSV of all currently visible clients and download it to your computer.

⚠️

Make sure all status filters are cleared before exporting, or inactive clients will be excluded from the file.

Send to MedMasters

Upload the downloaded CSV using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.

Do not email client data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.
