Log in to Mangomint
Open your browser and navigate to app.mangomint.com. Enter your owner or admin email and password. Mangomint has a clean, minimal interface — after login you will see the Dashboard with today's appointment overview.
Only the account owner or admins with "Manage Clients" permissions can export client data. If you cannot see the export option, check your role under Settings → Staff.
Click "Clients" in the Left Navigation
In the left sidebar, click "Clients". This opens your full client list, showing a table with client names, contact details, and visit information. Mangomint uses a modern card/table layout — each row is one client.
Use the Search/Filter to Show All Clients
Make sure no active filters are applied. If you see a filter chip or tag above the client list (e.g., "Active Only"), click the X to remove it and show all clients. The client count in the top-left of the table should show your total client base.
In Mangomint, a client becomes "inactive" after 90 days without an appointment by default. Removing the filter shows both active and recently inactive clients.
Click "Export CSV"
In the top-right corner of the Clients page, click the "Export CSV" button (it may show a download arrow icon). The CSV file will download immediately to your browser's Downloads folder. No field selection dialog — all client fields are included automatically.
Verify and Send to MedMasters
Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets. Check that row 1 has column headers and that Phone, Email, and Last Visit columns are populated. Upload the file using the secure link from your MedMasters account manager.
Do not send the CSV via email. Always use the secure MedMasters upload link.
