Log in to AestheticsPro Online
Navigate to aestheticspro.com in your browser and click "Client Login" in the top-right corner. Alternatively, go directly to your practice's AestheticsPro URL. Enter your admin email and password. AestheticsPro uses a dark-themed interface — after login you will see a dashboard with appointment and patient activity summaries.
You need an Admin role to access Reports and export patient data. If your login does not show the Reports section, contact your practice administrator.
Click "Reports" in the Top Navigation
In the horizontal top navigation bar, click "Reports". This opens the Reports section which lists all available report types. AestheticsPro organizes reports into categories — you are looking for the Patient category.
Navigate to Patient Reports → Patient Export
In the Reports section sidebar, click "Patient Reports". You will see a list of patient-specific reports. Look for "Patient Export" or "Export Patient Data" — this is the dedicated data export function, separate from the visual report views.
Configure Export Filters
The Patient Export screen shows filter options. Configure as follows: Patient Status = "All" (to include both active and inactive), Date Range = "All Time", Provider = "All Providers". If you see a "Select Fields" section, click "Select All" to include every available field.
Click "Export" and Download
Click the "Export" button at the bottom of the configuration panel. AestheticsPro will generate the file and download it to your browser's Downloads folder. For larger practices (5,000+ patients), this may take 30–60 seconds.
If the download does not start automatically, check if your browser blocked a popup — look for a popup blocker notification in the browser address bar and click "Allow".
Verify Cell Phone Column
Open the CSV in Excel. AestheticsPro exports a "Cell Phone" column — confirm this is populated for most patients (it is separate from "Home Phone"). Send the file to MedMasters using the secure upload link.
Do not email the CSV. Use the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
