Log In to Fresha
Open your browser and go to partners.fresha.com. Enter your business email and password and click "Sign In". Fresha is fully cloud-based and works in any modern browser.
You need to be signed in as the business Owner or Admin to access client data exports.
Navigate to the Clients Section
In the top navigation or left sidebar, click "Clients". This opens the full client list with all clients who have booked or visited your business through Fresha.
Clear Any Filters
Make sure no status filters are applied. Look for an active filter chip or filter badge near the client list and remove it. You want to see all clients — both active and lapsed.
Fresha may default to showing only clients who have booked recently. Remove date and status filters for a full export.
Click the Export Button
In the top-right area of the client list, look for an "Export" icon or button (often a download arrow or three-dot menu). Click it and select "Export as CSV" or "Download Client List". The CSV will download to your computer.
Fresha limits exports to clients visible in the current view. Remove all filters first, or use pagination to confirm all clients are shown.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the downloaded CSV using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Never email client data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.
